Q.  How is my transcript delivered?

A.  Depositions Delaware delivers all transcripts electronically via RealLegal's E-Transcript, the industry standard for electronic transcripts, directly to your e-mailbox. Once you install the free E-Transcript Viewer, simply double-click on the email attachment to open the transcript. Or you can download the file from our secure website, 24 hours a day.

Q.  Can I print the E-Transcript?

A.  Yes. And you can print it in any format you choose, as many times as you choose: full-sized or condensed, with every indexed word hyperlinked to the text.

Q.  What about the exhibits?

A.  Exhibits are scanned into a searchable file format. That’s right, searchable. We not only eliminate costly paper copies (and pass the savings on to you), we give you electronic copies that are more useful than the paper copies you’d otherwise be overpaying for.  And, as with the E-Transcript file, you can print the exhibits out as well.

Q. What if I want a printed transcript?

A.  If you still need us to print paper copies of your transcript or the exhibits, we will provide them.  And while we'll have to charge you a slightly higher page rate, it will still be lower than what our competitors charge.
